Hello.

The game and the web page claims that I've been banned. Character name "Hermun" in PVP realm. I'd like to know why since I can't find the term I violated from terms of use.

You were banned for Gold Trafficking. If you wish to appeal, please do so in this thread and list any and all transactions that we could find suspicious as that would speed up the review process.
