Dear GM:
I have a game character name is Shisanyi and account username is --snipped--. Just before few days my account has been banned. However I never buy any gold from other strange players and using any bug in the game. I really want get a reply for this problem and please tell why mine account has been banned.

The account associated with character Shisanyi has been banned for gold trafficking. This means either buying, selling, or transferring gold that has been illegally obtained.
We have placed this ban under review, and will get back to you in this thread with a final determination.

I am owner of Character which is named shisanyi, I have read ur message that you said shoul a final determination. It means if check my character not have any gold trafficking, your GM team should lift banned of this account right? I swear I never have any gold trafficking in this character. Please check again and please lift banned this account thanks
