Account banned

My male nightelf hunter boxwood is on this account, the account / character was created a couple weeks after nostalrius release, i live in germany and played a long time in a german guild.
I retired in late october / early november 2015 and have not played at all on nost in the meantime.
I recently started playing again and was not able to log on this account cause my pw got changed.
I was not able to log on the email for this account aswell, i had trouble to recover the email, it worked out tho.
The email is save now, i use all security that is available and i got verified as the original owner.
I think i got hacked or went in a fishing trap on a weird website.
I can provide a lot informations abount this character / account to show that im the original owner, im kinda scary right now tho about making personal stuff public.
