Appeal to Accidental Ban

Appealing to what i believe was an accidental ban of my account for trying to chat in general and trade on a level 1 char in org, my main is on the pve server still in its 40's and i had went to the pvp server asking around what server i should play on and why... I been reading up and see now it wasnt wise chatting in these channels on a char under 15... I apoligize for this and hope u will see the honest mistake in this and give me another chance, sry about the inconvienance an thank for your time.

Your account was banned by a chat spam filter designed to combat gold advertisers. Please try to avoid the use of public chat channels on characters of level less than 15.

I forgot to add one of my char name for your reference, my main is Raktak on the pve realm.
