Hi, i haven't played for a month or so and i noticed my account was banned.
Character name: Barthug
Nostalrius pve
please advise.

This account was banned for conducting a forbidden gold transaction. If you would like to appeal this ban, please provide details about any recent transactions that may have triggered it. Of course if you did buy gold, it would save us time if you note that as well.

Its been quiet a while since i've played. But i cant possibly think of anything that would trigger that as i did not buy gold.
If my account is no longer retainable; could you please delete all the characters so that i may use my old characters names? I would greatly appreciate it as i had a few names on their that i use to use back in retail vanilla that are very special to me.

The last login for the account (and date of the ban) was January 5, 2016. If that wasn't you, then likely someone else gained access to the account and performed illegal gold transactions. If that was the case, then the account remains banned anyway, as actions performed on the account are always the responsibility of the account owner.
We do not free up character names on banned accounts.
