Banned,help please!

just as the topic says why my account was banned?i did not do anything against the rules of the game.Could a GM please give me some clarification on whats going on here

To answer your question tancheng123321, it is permitted to trade goods between Horde and Alliance, as long as the gold is clean - that is not purchased, scammed, or illegally obtained.

I would note that there is no player named "Kimjeongeun" on the PvP server. If it is misspelled, please provide the correct spelling.
