just as the topic says why my account was banned?i did not do anything against the rules of the game.Could a GM please give me some clarification on whats going on here

This account was banned for conducting a forbidden gold transaction. If you would like to appeal this ban, please provide details about any recent transactions that may have triggered it. Of course if you did buy gold, it would save us time if you note that as well.

Greeting GM,If I trade goods from Horde to Alliance through the neutral auction house, will my account be banned?

Please do not hijack threads, ask questions on different subjects in different threads.
To answer your question tancheng123321, it is permitted to trade goods between Horde and Alliance, as long as the gold is clean - that is not purchased, scammed, or illegally obtained.

We have placed this ban under review, and respond in this thread with the resolution.
I would note that there is no player named "Kimjeongeun" on the PvP server. If it is misspelled, please provide the correct spelling.
