However, I assume that the account was banned. If you were account sharing (giving your friend your account details), that is against our terms of use, and the account will remain banned. This would show up as either "account sharing" or "account compromised."

Offering an account for sale (if your friend did that) is against the terms of use and would cause the account to be banned as well, and it would remain so.
