My account was stolen two days ago.They took everything I had, except for 43 silver.
Now account is banned, Now I'm applying to restore my account.please
Character name is Burden on the PvP server

Account security is your responsibility - gm's will not restore item, gold or characters.
If account is deemed compromised, they will ban it to stop additional damage.
You can start a new account after you have reviewed your security policy.

You bought/sold/traded gold - or someone who gained access to your account did it. In any case, the ban is permanent and there is no appeal.
