Account Banned?

This is my second post about my banned account. I am posting again because I still have not heard anything to why my account was banned? I cannot think of any reason why my account would be permanent banned. Can you please review my appeal and unlock my account so I can get back to the game? Character name is Aenigma on the PvP server. Thank you.
