Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I come before you with a suggestion and a request .The suggestion is that an account banned for multiboxing be given a 1 time pass before being banned if it is a bank account.
The request is I be forgiven this time !!... my bank account (as the chart name suggests) was banned today and I suppose under the mutliboxing category because I did nothing else wrong,. I guess I did not understand multiboxing this way (having 2 WoW clients opened) . I knew about the restriction of multi-boxing but I always, ever since vanilla ,considered multi-boxing is present when you have 2 or more characters which you control simultaneously walk and attack together (I think this is the classical sense of the term still).

I /beg you ,good people, to at least transfer my gold and items I had in that character to my other account (chart: Rohtail) if not un-bann my account (or make the bann temporary (it is permanent right now) ). You know how hard saving for a mount is ..and right now this looks impossible for me since pretty much all my gold was there;/
In the end ... it is fair to be forgiven once when someone makes an honest mistake.Maybe something can be done in that direction for other players in the same situation in the future.. I believe most of you will agree permanent bann is a measure too severe ..

* I also believe at the time of the bann,both my characters were in Org..

Oh... ok . thank you for the information. I did not realize that.. I guess it triggered the bann because I maybe typed in 2-3 times in the Trade channel because I was selling an item but the server was lagging so I did not see the first time I typed it in.. I am pretty sure it was not more than 2-3 times..
I would really appreciate it if this bann is made not permament or lift.
