account banned - pls help

Hi, yesterday I was in alterac bg and lost connection twice. The third time I lost connection I could not log in again. Now my account is closed/banned. I did not use any tools or do anything illegal or wrong. So I ask for a review of my case. Please help me (orc warrior, name: Sturmhagen)

Hereby I want to support Sturmhagens wish to review his case. I know his real weak internet-connection and I´m sure that this ban occured that way in av bg -.-
He is my mate and member of our guild, we all hope for a solution because we have been playing together since last year and we want Sturmhagen back.

I also can confirm that the internet connection of Sturmhagen is very weak .
Perhaps thats why it has the appearance that he was cheating .
I know him well ingame as well in real life from this point I can not imagine that he has cheated.
