Appealing account ban

This is the 3rd post about me trying to appeal my ban. I am posting again because I still not been given any reason to why my account was banned and it has been 3 days now. I have not used a bot, sold or bought gold, spammed anything in chat or broken any other rules. So again, was my account banned? Please can you unlock my account so I can get back to the game. Character is Aenigma on the Pvp server. Thank you. Aenigma
