account banned help

Hi, i haven't played for one week or so and i noticed my account was banned.
Character name: bengcc
Nostalrius pvp
My account have been stolen half an month ago and they stolen all my gold and goods.
please advise

Account security is your responsibility, so whatever action was done on your account while hacked will be following normal rules. If that includes gold selling, then a permanent ban will be issued on that account.
GM's will not recover hacked accounts, so you should maybe review your account security:
- Do you share your account information with anyone? Friend, bother, wife ....
- Is your account name hard to guess? You didn't use your forum name or character name as account name...
- Is your password hard to guess? At least 10 characters long including numbers.
Also, external sources:
- Do you download stuff from suspicious sites?
GM's does not recover hacked accounts, so you need to review your security practice before creating a new account.

The account associated with Bengcc has been banned for conducting a forbidden gold transaction. This means buying, selling, or transferring illegally obtained gold.
Mimma is correct - account security is the player's responsibility, and the owner of the account is responsible for all actions that take place on the account.
