hey, i tried to log onto my account after a few weeks off. it said unable to connect, and i tried several times more and then got banned? im pretty sure i typed my right username and password. and my main character name is analrift. thank you for your time

You are not banned. Please ensure that you are typing both your account name and your password correctly. Never reveal your account name in public. If you type your password wrong too many times, your account will be temporarily banned to prevent brute force hacking. Just wait 30 minutes or so and you're good to go.
