Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My account was banned for multiboxing. Was using it for a quick switch between chars without having to wait 20 sec but I do understand this is considered multiboxing. GM Nithael told me I received a warning at 16:50 server time. I received no email and no ingame mail on any chars, but he told me they usually give a verbal warning. I was not online at the time he said I was warned, so I obviously did not receive any whispers. I was told that he had no access to information on the specifics of the case, but since it was my "second" warning, he had to ban me and my only option was to appeal here.

My understanding on multiboxing now is that the first time is a warning and the second time is a ban. I'm appealing because I never received a first warning and the GM I spoke with had little information to provide on the subject.

On a side note, a friend I play with said he got an ingame mail today that had a warning on multiboxing. We've played together in our little fun spot a lot so is it possible you thought he and I were the same person? I can provide character names in PM. GM Nithael had no info on what character was warned or how it was delivered so I can't be sure on this without you guys checking.
