Account Banned

So, I made my account just last night and was running around questing in Kharanos. I moved to Sweden 2 years ago, from the U.S. and asked in chat if there are any swedes here (I wrote in Swedish, as I try to practice). Someone asked if the country is failing, or something, and I responded jokingly that it is the "attack of the immigrants!" (myself included, is I immigrated here recently).
I have had issues as well, where what I write does not show up in /say or /general (could be one of the addons messing me up), but I was in the Kharanos inn when I was teleported to "GM Island" and an admin tried to ask me about racist comments. I tried to type, but I do not know if what I wrote was being shown, as it did not appear to be showing on my screen. I was then disconnected and am now unable to log onto my account. I assume I have been banned?
Just wanted to see if I can try to have this reversed as I did not try to insult anyone by my comment.
