Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,
today I was playing my new warlock Luttar in Dun Morogh when suddenly I was disconnected and when I try to log in, it says that my account has been closed and is no longer available for use.
I know about one thing that I probably shouldn't have done, but I don't think its so serious that I should get banned (if I didnt have a lvl 60 priest on that account too I wouldnt care): I wrote maybe 4 messages in slovak language in general chat of Dun Morogh - and that was only because someone who couldnt speak english asked for help in this language first (hunter asking about taming pets). I know I should have whispered him instead, I'm sorry and I won't do this again.
I would like to ask if this is the reason I got banned, how long the ban lasts and if it's possible to get rid of it.

Most probably you got banned with writing in the chat channels and the auto chat ban hammer for low levels struck you down.
In this case the gms will check and unban you.
