Permanent ban

Good morning/day/evening. I got perm ban on two my accounts, and want to ask some details about it. So I got ban for multiboxing – some time ago played with two of my chars outside of towns – got warning, and went to forum read rules. And yesterday I got a perm in that situation^
my low lvl char sitting in SW and waiting for WSG queue with my friends in party. And I logged into my second acc for no wasting time and try farming DMe, after this I was ported into GM room and got a perm ban. So that’s why I wonna ask 2 questions. 1) Im playing this game for a long time almost since 1.08 patch, and I have seen what a real multiboxing is – some software for emulation of repeats you main character moves on other your accounts chars in your party . Blizzard will never prohibit the use of multiple accounts in parallel without bots or specific soft for manage their moves, but I agree its not a Blizzard serv and you guys have done a huge work on it – I respect it any case. 2) Im not used bots, cheats, griephs or other really harmfull things. I do not attempt to find a exploits like winsocks or others. One of my account don’t help other get something – they were in different places – 1n in town and other in Dme( mage) for framing some herbs while staying at queue. I cant play a both in one time – so why do you give for it permanent ban? Have an accounts at retail version off and there no such problem. Any way this server is good, so - any chance get more cruel ban for that CRIMINAL
or I can forget for that accounts?
