Banned for account sharing???

So a couple minutes ago Pottu banned my account for account sharing.
OK I can understand it's very suspicious due to the fact there must be a fuckton of different IPs on this account.
I can assure you I'm the only one playing this character, even though i spend alot of time mob tagging my cousins/ friends, I'm always active on my account
So me and my cousin, we all play on DIFFERENT VPNs. Yes always on VPNs, rarely on our regular IPs, this is for work reasons and what we do when we're not playing wow.
My own VPNs are located in Danemark (not a dynamic one i think but it doesnt work anymore), France (three different ones but not sure, started using them when the danish one collapsed)
Switzerland ( a dynamic IP adress)
My email adress is danish, yes.
We sometimes share VPNs but its very occasional. (Please not that none of our VPNs are free, we pay a monthly fee and we sometimes prefer to give credetials to the other cousin instead of paying for more)
So about that event with Pottu
Tonight I came to my cousins place and we decided as usual to log on and play during a good part of the night.
As usual, when one is in front of his computer and the other one is finishing stuff, we usually log on to the other account in a separate window and make the other character start his way to the decided spot we would farm, or mob tag in this situation.
On this particular occasion, I wasnt late at anything, I was just taking a shit in the toilets. Interesting isnt it, yeah i know
so YES he did use my account name, password, he logged on, used my mount to get to the fly master, started to fly, and left it like that. At the moment i would be back, I would just have to log it on from my computer, and continue.
So, yes, this is actual account sharing, for like, 1 minute, just because I had to go to the toilets.
Lets admit it, most people on this server already have let other people log into their accounts to get, lets say world buffs, or else, nothing that will impact nostalrius servers in any way, but yes it must be against the rules in some way or the other.
So, GM whispers my cousins who panics instantly after he reads the lines and start yelling at me to come back.
In less than a minute I run back to my computer and log instantly in. I do what GM says to prove its not multiboxing or else, but he still confirms the ban, for account sharing.
(He also talked about Honor leeching, wtf ive did like 4bgs this last week that I all fought and lost)
Btw you guys need more infos, I logged in on a french VPN, and to be veeeery precise It should be located near Montpellier !
Ok so to be clear, you guys are banning me permanently, WITHOUT ANY WARNING BEFORE THAT, because my cousin had the balls to log into my account for 1 minute tops. Savage.
My 8/8 T2 rogue, and my r10 warrior are dumped into oblivion for...this.
Ehm guys, can I get a quick review of this ban? I think it needs one, really.
