Bank Account perma banned

Started playing about a week ago after 8 Month pause, my brother told me i can have his Consumeables. I transfered all his Potions to my Bank Account and sold some Stuff to catch up gearwise. Now my whole bank account is perma banned.
Feel pretty sorry about it, i didn't knew there was a rule against this. Hope to get my Account back, because 60% of the Account Inventory was farmed by myself. Would even tranfser the stuff i got back to his account if possible.
I hope you can help me, otherwise i don't have the courage to farm everything again.

The account was banned by the chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of the public chat channels on characters less than level 15.

Chat Spam hmm ... maybe from use of Addons. I will disable the Addons on my Bank Account.

Yes, I forgot to mention that - on bank characters it's a good idea to disable addons that use chat channels for communication.
