Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

hello, tried making a post earlies but it seems like it wasnt made. Anyway, im trying to log back into my account but it says its been locked. I can still find my character in the armory so i dont think i thas been deleted. Is it posible that i can get it unlocked?
