My account was banned because I had seen someone in chat talking about a run fast hack so I wanted to try it. I used it a few times and was disconnected then my account was banned. I understand why it was banned. I have since deleted this hack program from my computer and I am sorry I used it.

Please unban my account. I will not ever do anything like that again. I really like playing on your server, retail isn't any fun anymore.

Congratulations, you got a permanent ban for cheating.

You can get a second chance by creating a new account but this time stick to the rules.

Yeah, haven't you ever heard of confess your sins and ask forgiveness? I read that somewhere, a few times actually.
I've played WoW for nearly 10 years and have never used an addon program like this, and I will not again.

the forgiveness within this situation is that the admins allow you to create a second account aslong as you follow the rules this time, you will not get your previous account back.
