Account Banned?
Posted: Mon Feb 29, 2016 12:38 amMy account got locked and I cant un-ban it its the second time this has happened to may I please have some help? I am confused most likely from typing the pass word in wrong or something.
You need to provide character name (not account name keep that secret) and what server pvp/pvp or the Game Masters can't help you.

Create a thread in the support sub-forum Account issues and include your character name, server and any useful information regarding the events that occurred as this speeds up the process. For the safety of your account, never release any information that could be used for illicit purposes. Such as email addresses, account names or passwords.
