Can you solve my problem for banned account

Dear GM,
My character name is Karelol, PVP.
I found that I was banned permanently but I did nothing against the rules. Could you plz review my case.

Karelol does not exist on the PvP realm.

You were banned for botting. The ban has been confirmed and is permanent. There is no appeal.
