I am Paotai. I think I was banned by misunderstanding. Please spend a little time for me to explain the 'chat spam' for the banned.
I wanted to know the future gear stats of the Epic mail chest drop in Brd arena. So I used my fresh new role in PVP server to ask in the China channel.
I asked politely if there are any kind player willing to show me the gear stats of the epic mail chest. Since its China channel I type it in chinese. I asked for help no more than 10 times.
And I was disconnect and banned suddently.
I never did the gold trade and use low lvl roles send ads in pulbic channel. Please help me, dear Pottu.

Thanks for your precious time. I am the ID holder of Paotai. Sorry but I really feel that I was somehow misunderstood for chat spam. Please take some time to hear my explain. My English is not good, and your patience will be greatly appreciated
Here is the ture story:

I want to enchant 4 stats on my new Epic mail chest drop in Brd arena, because my friend told me its stats will change into the best chest in the future. The enchant is too expensive, you know. I picked the enchant materials (4 Large Brilliant Shard, 10 greater eternal essence, 15 Illusion dust) from my warehouse role in the same account (Bombbombbomb,class: mage, outside of Stormwind bank). After that, I felt the enchant is very very expensive. I must make sure it is really better than T1 chest in the future so that I would not feel regret for the expensive enchant. The roles are all in the PVE server.

So I login the only fresh little role in PVP server in the same account (druid, female nightelve, in the auction house of Darnassus, but sorry I create the role and forgot its name). I asked politely if there are any kind player willing to show me the gear stats of the epic mail chest. Since its China channel I type it in chinese. I asked for help no more than 10 times. Then I was disconnect and banned suddently.

I didn't know I'll be banned because of this. I never sent bad chat whether in PVP or PVE server. Please give me one more chance, and I'll never do such stupid things with the fresh role.

I swear what I told above is ture.
Thanks for your precious time again. This is my only lvl 60 role in the nostalrius and I see it as my treasure. Please help me.
