Inactive 3 months, account banned?

Hey I haven't logged in since November and I'm now getting a banned message. According to player realms my character is still there with all his gear so I doubt I was hacked. Was hoping to get some clarity!

Your account has never been banned. Probably you tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password or login name. You can change your password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password if you cannot remember it.
