Account banned

I played on my character and tried typing in general. nothing came up.
Relog and reinstalled. That fixed it for a while then went back to not showing up what I wrote
Went to thunderbluff and asked in trade for a guild that does low level dungeons, didnt show up
few seconds after I got thrown out
when I tried to login again it says that this account is no longer in use.
on nostralius.org if I go to my account it says that it has been banned permanently.
Can any GM fix this so I can go back to playing?
