Dear GM,

Hello, I found my character ("Cnkylar" on PVP) was banned without any reason and I did not break any rules. Plz investigate it.

The account associated with character Cnkylar on the PVP server has never been banned. Probably you tried to log in with an incorrect password too many times and got an automatic IP lockout as a result. Please wait 30 minutes to an hour and try again (with the right password).

If you forgot your password or can't get that to work, try changing it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. You will need your account name and the E-mail that you used to create the account.
