Permanently banned, why?

Hi GMs!

A couple of times my small kid asked for him to play, I have turn a fishing pole and said: press that button and click when the float is twitches.. then kid play some time and then off computer and come.

Today I found that my account is blocked

Just want to know why, what she did wrong. and if it is not that something awful, is possible to unlock the account?

If you're telling the truth, they probably mistook that for a fishbot, but as previously stated, even if you weren't botting, you shared your account, which means a permaban.

Give it to kid isn't a sharing. if you share to a third person, you'll have a problem i think
