Unable to Connect / Account Closed Issue

When trying to login, I get "Unable to Connect" and "Account Closed".

Character name is Tulahbear on the PVP realm.

UPDATE: I was able to update my password and log in. I deleted both WTF and WDB folders.
Any chance you can detect IP addresses that would try to hack?
