My Account got hacked!

Yesterday I was going to log in as usual, but when I logged I saw my characters nude, without anything left.
Don't know how this happened, but I'd like to keep playing, thing almost impossible since I don't have anything left.
This is my character's realmplayers link, hopefully I can get something (at least quests reward as I can't get them back anymore) to keep playing my account:

I feel for you mate and I hate to break it to you, but Nostalrius only restores lost items under very specific circumstances and having your account compromised is not one of those.

Zoggit is correct.

Account security is your responsibility, and therefore GM's will not restore lost items, gold or eventual deleted characters.

Note that if the hacker also does something illegal on the account (selling gold or cheating e.g.), the actions will count as in you were in control. Therefore you should change your account password now, so you do not get hacked again.

Unfortunately the Game Masters on Nostalrius have made it very clear that they do not restore deleted characters, items, hacked och compromised accounts ;(

As a reminder, account security is your own responsibility. We will not help to recover stolen items. If you cannot guarantee the security of your account, your best option is to create a new one, remember the E-mail address that you use, and maintain better security practices so that you don't get hacked again.

Because it was hacked. It will not be unbanned. Create a new one if you want and this time take account security more seriously. For example, don't use your forum name as your account name for starters.

Compromised means the account has been hacked, shared, sold, or otherwise accessed by more than one person. Although we do not go into details about how we determine this, it is not based simply on whether your IP address changes.
