Hello,
My account has been unexpectedly banned today 03/05/2016. I did not break any rules or do anything wrong in order to receive this punishment. I would like to continue my adventure in Azeroth once more please! I hope the buddy I was questing with doesn't think i deserted him. I was making potions for both of us too so we can complete a quest when all of a sudden I was disconnected and couldn't log in anymore due to the ban.

Your account was banned due to our chat spam system. Try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters lower than level 15, and also avoid the use of addons that use chat channels.
