Also check to see if your E-mail is set to forward to another E-mail address. Or if you have multiple computers and are using POP3 instead of IMAP, that will sometimes mean one computere downloaded the E-mail, removing it from the server.

Other than that, if the server said the mail was sent, it likely was.

I do not use mail user agent / email client / email reader. Only Web Interface. No forwarding to another email.
I contacted customer e-mail support, and they asked to see if the sender's server (ie you) receives a report on the delivery of the letter?

There's really now way for us to check this. I can tell you that 99.99% of the time other players are receiving the E-mail. We can't diagnose what may be happening with your E-mail account, sorry about that.

The reason i suggested looking at whether your mail was forwarded was because sometimes a hacker will hack an E-mail and set up forwarding so that you never see the incoming mail. So maybe change your E-mail password, check for forwards, and try again. And make sure your E-mail itself hasn't been hacked.

Beyond that, there's nothing we can really suggest.

Regards, GM Team.
