Banned for no reason???

Hi, i was playing yesterday 3/05/2016 questing with a friend, had some weird glitch were i could not use my arrows, so i logged out, when i went to log back in, i was banned for no odd reason. i have not been spanning chat or have broken any rules. could you please help me out, i would like to continue playing.
