account banned

hi gm team.
my id is soullol.my account got banned about two days ago.one the gms in game told me i was using Multiboxing with an id hydrae.he is one of my roommates.we were using the same route but different computers.these accounts were palying by two different person.i think this maybe the route make the gm think we are using Multiboxing.but we weren't.i have been playing nostalrius for a few months .this is my only account.and have never done anything against the rule before.and i will be always following by the rules..i really enjoy nostalrius.it was just like an heart attack.i beg gm if u can lift the ban plz.or anything but pamental banned.
