I logged into today at 3/6/2016 only to find that my account was banned.
I have many characters, my main being a 36 hunter, Twozigzags. I understand the reasons why I must've been banned and will never do that again. I was just intrigued to find that my friend showed me a link to a teleporter that let it easier for me to get flight paths. And in no way shape or form, did I use this to bot or farm gold. I used it a while back so I could go ahead and get the Stormwind flight paths and Ironforge for my night elf.. :\
Deleted the teleporter file, and done emptied the recycling bin. I am coming forth and apologizing. I will never do this again.

Okay, but I see people get off for a week or even 3 days on youtube. There they go teleporting into GM island, and getting banned for a week? Im not doing any of that. Im literally just leveling now.

Hacking is and will always result in a permanent ban.

Players getting suspended for a specific amount of time did something different and most likely had warnings on their account already.

Any kind of hacking will lead to permanent ban.

V. Permanent ban
The most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Scamming.
COD Scamming;
Hacking;
Using any means of botting (e.g. a program);
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member;
Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites;
Selling/Buying player names;
Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money;
Publishing software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server.

The account associated with "Twozigzags" on the PVP server has been banned for hacking. Bans for hacking are always permanent, and this ban will not be lifted.

Feel free to create a new account and play while adhering to our terms of use, which you can read at https://en.nostalrius.org/terms-of-use. It would be a good idea to clear any hacking tools or software off of your computer first.
