I'm one of players of your server at NOSTALRIUS BEGINS PVP,I enjoyed the game very much.Unfortunately,my account was banned at March,sixth.I really want to know the reason why my account got banned.
Here is the process,I logged out at about 2 a.m and I wantted to log in at about 5 a.m,however the system told me my account got banned.
Here is the text:Hello Zangtianyi0911!Your account has been banned permanently.You can ask for a review of your case in the Account issues sub-forum specifying a character name or create a new account to play by our rules.
Please confirm the case of my account and I really wish I can get my character back.

Any information regarding my ban is much appreciated. Thank you

I didn't do anything in the game except did the quests and helped my friend that day.
And I didn't feel anything wrong that day.
You said that system detected I used cheat or hack system,but I didn't use any program that accessed in the game document,only used the agent to reduce the network latency or lagging which called 27agent.
Importantly,it doesn't access in the game file,it just a normal program and I don't use it for the game just for the normal use,according to this program I can have lower latency and less lagging while using anything needs internet.
If for this reason resulting in this result,I'll uninstall that program or stop use it while I'm playing.
Please give me one chance,don't ban my character permanently,and hopefully I can get my character back.

A quick search on google reveals no program called "27 agent". Im betting you trying to hide that you were using a third party program to gain some sort of in game advantage, perhaps a botting program or something similar.

You are being entirely too vague in your description of what you were doing when playing. "I did quests" is not good enough, what quests did you do, what zone were you in, what were you killing, what exactly were you doing? Your vagueness does not help your account.
