Looking for a reason my account was permanently banned, aswell as a way to explain what may have happend, so I hopefully can return to the server.

I do realise that it doesnt matter if it was GF jumping with my character once in a while, while I was doing stuff away from the keyboard, or if it was a actual bot. however, I do feel that a permanent ban seems a bit harsh. I have seen other cases on streams where people have used bots/cheats and only getting banned for a amount of time 1-2weeks.

is there anyway I can appeal to your understanding and get my punishment reduced to this? - I have no interest in botting or cheating in this game.

You are right: no difference, since that would have been account sharing, which is (also) bannable.
Why don't you just leave the BG if you don't have time to play?

I guess I am just not as precocoius as you. however, if you missed it, it is exactly what I am asking for - a chance to leave the BG the next time, rather than being permanently banned.

Your 2nd chance is to make a new account and stick to the rules this time.
