Banned - Rathura

Hey,
im not sure if i already have done this post (no history for not approved topics).
I have got banned while trying to use /1 /2 and /y with my lvl 1 charakter.
I just wanted to ask a question and didnt know that i can not write with this level.

Would you please check this ban?
