Hello today when I played I suddenly got disconnected and permanent banned? I have no idea why this happened, at the time I was entering Stormwind for the first time.

You probably got banned by the ChatSpam protection.

A GM will unban you once they see your appeal.

If they do, try to avoid using public chat channels below level 15.
