Apologies if you have a few posts now awaiting moderation from me but believe this is now the correct forum to post such a question.

I have unfortunately I forgotten my account name. I do remember my email address I used to set the account up with. I can supply that info if required but as you are keen on not disclosing account names over this forum I would expect email address carry the same sensitivity.

The main character on the account is Called Bovinebadass and he is a lvl 60 tauren warrior.

If you could trigger the account password reminder to my email address or contact me with my account name I would be very grateful.

Greetings,

For security reasons, we cannot tell you your account name, but you may be able to find it yourself.

Look in your game installation directory for a folder called "WTF". Inside that folder there should be a subfolder "Account", and beneath that there should be folders with the names of all accounts you have ever logged in on.

If you don't have access to the folder you were using back in August (when you last logged in), and still cannot remember the account name, then there isn't anything further we can do.
