Account banned

My accounts were both banned.

I just returned after a long hiatus.

A day or two ago I was able to log onto both accounts. I hopped on for just a minute or two then logged out.

Both accounts were banned for scamming - only last week.

If the reason for this is that the account was hacked, the player owning the account is still responsible for all activities taking place on the account, as the player is solely responsible for account security.

Then is there nothing I can do to get them unbanned? I've never tried and scam anyone nor have I ever given my account information to anyone.

So you just happened to name your characters like that? The ban is permanent and don't worry, we're tracking your other accounts down too.
