hello i get ban for a "using account by more than 1 player" the prob is i lived in Poland and now i am in UK , can send my id and prof that i live in UK now ! please do it fast ! character name is ziajeczka !!

I live in the EU and I work abroad. In addition to EU countries, I have accessed my account from Egypt, United Arab Emirates and Brazil, and I am not banned.
Playing the game abroad, even day by day, does not result into a ban.
Maybe you did something you are not telling us.

i talked with gm and i get ban for "this account using more than 1 person" but no one used this acc only me. first in Poland and now in Uk the prob is with ip
