Hello i logged on today with around 600 gold less and some valueable items missing.
Friends tell me i was online 07.00 gmt+1 10/3 which i was not.
I was wondering if it is possible to find out where the money was sent to.
Tried to change my password but when i do the password reset proccedure it just says password reset completed.

Account security is your responsibility, so the GM's cannot help you with restoring gold or items.
In fact, if you cannot secure your account, they will ban it to prevent further damage.

Yeah i didnt expect to get it back but i'm having trouble with the password reset feature, i do the reset password thing but it just says password change complete and i dont get any further mails to change it.
Any experience with this?

First, clean any malware off of your computer using the various anti-virus anti-malware tools out there. Then, make sure your E-mail hasn't been hacked. Change your E-mail password and check to see if mail is being forwarded. Finally, try a password reset again, and then check the junk folders in the E-mail just in case it went there.
There is not much further we can do to assist.
Incidentally, if you recently went to any site advertised by a player in game, it may have been a phishing site. NEVER go to a site advertised by someone who poses as a Nostalrius Begins staff member in game - we do NOT do that, and in fact, if you see someone advertising like that, immediately bring it to our attention via an in-game ticket.

PS, one other thing - if it said Password Change complete, did you try to log in with the new password yet?
