Lost Account Username

Hey, not sure if my account was closed or im just being a dingus and forgot my username but i am unable to log into my account. Id be happy to give the information needed to unlock or maybe reset my username to something more memorable.

GM's does not give out account information, so you will have to dig that information up yourself.

You have two options:
* Check your activation email
* Check the directories in your WTF folder; there is a directory with your account name.

found the wtf folder it says my username is the one ive been trying to log into and ive tried every password i use.

That's a step forward - now you know the account name.

Your account is probably temporary banned now after too many login attempts, but this should be reverted after an hour or so.

We need the name of a character on the account to investigate. If your account is the one with only a level 2 undead priest on it, then you might just consider creating a new account - that would probably be faster than trying all sorts of contortions to reclaim that one. But that account has never been banned, so it would be an incorrect password causing the problem if it is yours.

Hey there, No that isnt the account, The account with the character i used to play was an undead rogue named vhoss. The character is still on a steam friend's 'Friend list' in game so i know the account is still active( I hope).
