Account unavailable?

Hi,

I started playing on nostalrius when it first launches in feb 2015. I quit several weeks ago after reaching 60, as I wanted to wait for more content to be available.

I just tried logging in now, but i'm getting 'unable to connect', which i've understood that it is related to a wrong password issue.

I've tried restoring my password, i am 100% sure of my email address and account name used, but it says they do not match any accounts.

Character name: Bibo, 60 druid
Server: Nostalrius PVP

Can an admin confirm if the account was banned or not while I was gone and why?

Greetings,

Your account is not banned. In trying to reset your password, you should check to make sure you are entering the correct account name. The one you have is highly complex. Look in your WTF/Account directory under your WoW installation folder for a list of accounts, and make sure you spell it the same way.

For security reasons, we cannot assist any further if you cannot get the right account name / e-mail combination to reset the password.
