Account banned [PvP]

No idea why I was banned this time as I waited until after level 15 to write in public chat with one character and with the other I didn't utter a word on my way to SW to bank some items when I was disconnected and apparently banned. On my account page on your website it doesn't say I'm banned, but when I try to login it says my account has been closed.
I would appreciate it if you could look into the matter and fix the issue. Thank you for your time.
