Banned?

Hi there!
Been out of the game for a while, trying to log in and my account is banned. Is it hacked? Anyway, looking to get some answers, and my account back if possible. Appreciate all the help i can get. Thanks!

Are you sure its telling you that you are banned, or simply Unable to Connect/ Disconnect From Server whenever you try to log in? You may have forgotten your password.

It says that the account is locked.

If the account was hacked and banned, then it will not be reopened.
Remember that account security is your responsibility - and only yours. All actions done on your account - hacked, shared or by yourself - is therefore handled as you did it, so if a hacker sold gold, the account will remain permanently banned.
Before creating a new account, you should take a closer look at your security practices. For example: Is your username and password easy to guess? Did you give out account details to your brother?

Greetings,
The account associated with that character was banned for a forbidden gold transaction on January 19th, 2016. As this ban is over one month old, it cannot be appealed.
