Why was my account suspended at Emeriss?

I was on an alliance alt to grief alliance killing Emeriss. It's widely known and accepted that griefing your own faction on world bosses is not against the ToU (horde certainly never get punished for it).

I never received any messages from a GM explaining that they were about to suspend my account and for what reason. My account disconnected three times without any lag during the fight and upon my third login I get the message saying my account has been suspended.

You were suspended for multiple naming violations. You had five characters that had to be renamed. So you can now cool your head for a week and think about better names for your characters.

Considering your previous warning history, this is your last chance as well. Any other violation of our ToU and you will be permanently banned.
